 President and Founder of PLC, Inc., is a leader and innovator on a national level in developing services for people with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. Her combined management and clinical background brings a unique combination of professional expertise, fiscal management and clinical excellence to services. In January 2000, Akosua Yeboah Recognized that the responsibility of caring for a developmentally disabled child can be overwhelming; she established a series of community services in West Africa, Ghana to help families cope with difficult challenges. Developmentally disabled people faced with difficult challenges on a daily basis, especially in West Africa, Ghana. Her 20years experience working in a group homes and long term care facilities, she worked her way up from been a direct care staff to President of PLC. She support her staffs 100% to provide clients with quality and compassionate care to continue to live healthy and love their lives. she is a strong advocate for defining service delivery for people with challenging needs. She sets a consistent message for excellence in setting PLC’s standards for its services and employees.
